both my flabby arms are aching now.cos i badminton-ed & squash-ed ytd! (:
the left arm's protesting too.
cos we attempted plying badminton w our lefties for quite awhile.hahaha.
but i feel healthy! (:

plus nxt week's the last week of hols.
