why do weekends always seem to take so long to come but gone in such a much shorter time?
haha.
anw, this week is a long weekend.didnt have lessons yesterday.and monday there's no school!
reports due next week, havent started much.
didnt do much yesterday but rotted at home after driving.haha.
left house at mid afternoon to meet zhao and dee-zee at HSA for our blood donation.
the nurse who poked the needle was super good please. it was less painful than the initial blood test.haha.
and they changed the stress ball to one which has a olden day cap.super adorable please.
but they didnt have the green bandage.which we wanted cos we had a dinner at night and the theme was "green".haha.
dee-zee drove down to bumbu and almost got lost while getting there.
we were all pretty amused by this chai shen ye big balloon thing in the middle of chinatown cos when the wind blows, chai shen ye has great waist power!haha
anw, dinner was good. food was spicy but shiok-kalaka. company was awesome. :D
went to henderson's waves after that for our meeting.lol.
lets have our retreat there next time!hahaha.
alrights, got to go and try to rush the reports.

i think i was the luckiest girl in school today please.
it all started with the bookshop again...
remember, there was this post where i grumbled on and on about losing my thumbdrive.
and history almost repeated itself today. -.-
but this time, its my phone. yes, the iphone.
was printing stuff with sexy at the bookshop today and i took my thumbdrives and phone with me.
since that experience of losing it once, now my thumbdrives have 2 keychains attached to them. super attention seeking. confirm gurantee plus chop wont lose it (which is why this time, i almost lost the phone.)
and after printing, i happily went off to sort out my papers.
and then yap came up to me and asked me where is my phone.
and i very con-di-fi-dently replied that its in my bag.
so she was huh, really.
and that was when i realised i totally forgot about my phone at the bookshop!
wanted to die...
luckily, there was this super nice guy who found it and looked through my contacts and called my friend!
wah, can you imagine? that was how lucky i was. and of cos, i thanked him to the max.
i think i need to attach stuff onto my phone so that i wont forget about it again.
wah wah wah lucky lucky lucky!
i dont know if its the bookshop or its me...although i think its my fault, i think the location played a part too.
i should be more careful.
ohh...just some random updates...caught the spy next door with my ah ma, mama and didi on sunday.
super worth the 10 bucks. i highly encourage all to watch it.
the kids are super duper cute (somewhat like me.HAHAHA.kidding).
and on the same day, i lost my earpiece...i seriously think i need some alarm to remind me to stop losing my stuff. :/
or maybe i need to start doing more good deeds.
and i told my mum about the overseas placement today and that i want to apply for the penang one.
and she told me to try sweden also. so i excitedly asked her if she's going to sponsor. she said no. :/ but i think im gg to try cos anyway, she suggested.hahaha.and i can save up if i really get to go.
lalala.
i have no idea why i dont feel quite very stressed now, although there's 2 reports and 1 poster presentation next week, 1 viva 2 weeks later, 3 exams starting in 3 weeks' time. but maybe its good la, maybe i will get to live longer. (:

yesterday was jl's 21st birthday celebration at mal's house.
headed straight after school to meet up with the deemies to prepare the party stuff.
we were super excited...esp mal.hahaha.
didnt know if jl would bump into anyone who was invited etc, whether there was enough food etc etc.
i didnt know attending 21st could be so eggggciting! ((:
initially it was quite awkward cos we were all from different cliques.
so we just lingered around the bbq pit with mal's dad & i became the very useful assistant. :D
things lighten up after jl was thrown into the pool.hahaha.so he sort of performed a good deed?lol.
because all the tables were occupied, we found our lovely nest at the playground.
ate, bullied me to the max (jl called me a bee, layn and nana agreed with him, mal refused to help me cos its her bf's bday.LOL), and played cards.
i was at an unlucky spot pls.
lost to the max but at least won once la hor.
and yesterday made me quite sure that i wont want to celebrate my 21st.
cos after the cake cutting session, my face was smeared with cream, but not long ltr, all the deemies got it.lol.
and througout the night, got suan-ed to the max.
imagine its not my bday and that happened to me, what would happen to me on my real bday?

a good way to end the week!hee.

and i have to agree with layn...somethings are that unbelievable even when you see it with your own eyes...and i question why.

tonight's in-the-mood-for-dancing-songs night.
haha.
listened to jai ho and felt the irresistable urge to log on to facebook to watch the ot day celebration video.
the dance was good.esp when we learnt it within 3 days.
it was all the more touching to know that everyone gave their 110% during practice (:
the after jai ho, listened to daddy dj.
reminded me of the fancy drill days.
cant remember if we did the drill or helped the juniors chereograph the drill.
even now as i listen to the music, i can very distinctly at this series of beats, we were supposed to turn one by one.
still can remember the feeling of satisfaction. (:
the timings still running through my head.
i miss those days.
ok enough of reminiscence.getting back to the reality of 1 more presentation, 2 more reports and 3 more papers.haha.
did i mention?
on sunday midnight 4am, there were still many of us who were stuggling with our reports due on monday 9am.
i finished mine at 6.45am.
this is the first time i did school work till i didnt sleep for the whole night.
oh wells, at least its over (:

today's was rather touching and how simple things can bring so much love and smile to someone. (:
i was supposed to start doing my work at 10.30pm, thats like about half an hour ago.
but till now, i have been doing everything but starting on my research.

just something random...
im such a dumb dumb.
i was playing with the camera of my phone.
and i was so worried cos the images are blur to the max.
so i thought maybe there was something wrong with the mechanisms or something.
but cannot be right...
i never dropped my phone at all since i got it.
in the end...i realised its cos i havent remove the layer of protective plastic the phone came with and there was a layer of plastic right in front of the camera. -.-
how smart can i be.

school's reopening tmr. :/
2 weeks of holidays just flew by.cannot believe it.
anyhows, played ball last night with some of the ballers.
have not done that since 123456 years ago.
feels good really (:
and yesterday was a receive-presents-day.

i was just complaining to sarah last night about my wrist and how my appt was in march.
then when i got home, i saw a letter and my hand sugery appt has been pushed forward to feb! ((:
just to be random...my study area looks like a war zone now.
with notes all over.
going to spend today packing up and editting my report.
yes, got to submit a report on the first day when school reopens.
thats life.
