since i have no evidence to catch that auntie red-handed...i will just resort to venting my frustrations here.
on friday night,as i was packing my bag, i realised that my thumbdrive was missing.
so i suddenly remembered we were using it to print stuff earlier that day.
so today...we went to ask the auntie if she saw any thumbdrive.
my friend on behalf of me: auntie, i lost my thumbdrive. did you find any thumbdrive here?
auntie: (without asking which day the thumbdrive was lost) no.i didnt see any thumbdrive here. (answered frantically)
guilty conscience to the max.
my friend: but i was the last customer on friday and i forgot to remove the thumbdrive.
auntie: i was the one who kept the computer usb port. didnt see it.
the auntie went on to add...
auntie: but i saw someone running back frantically to collect a thumbdrive on friday.
what rubbish.we were the last customers can.and she still said she wanted to close soon.
FINE.SHE WIN.still fabricate some story. -.-
its not about losing the thumbdrive.but losing the stuff in it.
so my friend suggested i go and give the auntie my email address so she can keep the thumbdrive but email me back my stuff.
i know i dont have enough evidence to start accusing her here.but you have seen her flustered reactions.
where in the world is her integrity and somemore, she deals with money.
and i mean, shouldnt an auntie in her 40s be less childish and less selfish...
the world's so complicated.
im not being black-hearted or heartless or cruel...whatever.
but if the auntie really took the thumbdrive and pretend she didnt, may the thumbdrive be installed with some virus.
my funny mum tried to console me by agreeing that the thumbdrive will have virus, should that auntie take it.
if only she understood the worry of losing something important.
i believe in karma...
what goes around comes around. good luck auntie.
i feel much better after ranting. (:
back to proper work now.
dont be affected by what i typed above.
im still as nice as you think i am. (:
