went to the hospital to visit her yesterday for the 1st time.after getting msgs and reading blogs to get updates about her condition, finally got to see her yesterday.
though the nearest we got to was outside her ward, at least i heard her shout.
i kept telling myself to go there with a light heart, not to cry, not to make anyone feel worse.
but after a good half an hour seeing her call for nurses to help her remove her phlegm, i couldnt act strong anymore.
but i think i did it in a discrete way. didnt do it in front of her.
yet, ironically, her calls for help were very comforting to hear as i heard that previously she was on tubes for the previous few days.
hearing her speak yesterday showed she was recovering.
for that, it made me smile a little.
